In 2008, I started working with a government organization as an external coach for senior leaders. Coaching became such a fundamental component of the leadership development toolbox in the organization that I developed and delivered an ICF accredited internal coach training program to begin to build a coaching bench. In 2014, this client won a PRISM Award from the International Coach Federation for their efforts in building a coaching culture.
