Internation Coaching Week is a time to celebrate Coaches, and Coaching! Bravo to all of you who are using your coaching skills to help so many people. You are holding space, you are a confidential thinking partner.

What is International Coaching Week (ICW)?
During ICW, the ICF encourages individuals and organizations all over the world to understand, explore, test and discover the possibilities coaching provides.
What is Available for Coaches During ICW?
There is a wide range of events taking place all week to deepen your learning about coaching and to support you in your professional development.
You will likely be receiving news from others about this on all of your social media channels as well as in your email.
To get the ball rolling, I wanted to highlight a few things that you won’t want to miss.
WBECS 2021
You know I rave about this a lot, and I attend every year! It is my most recommended source for CCE units for Coaches.
Pre-registration for the pre-summit opens today. You will earn 5 CCE’s for attending the pre-summit, and over 200 CCE’s if you attend the full summit!

A GIFT FROM ME
I have been sharing information with you over the last while to support you in getting ready for the official integration of the new ICF Competencies. ICW is the perfect week to use another tool that I have created to keep your learning going.
It’s a set of ICF Competencies Study Sheets updated with the 2021 Competencies.
You can study the new material, and test yourself on the new competencies!
If you use the material, you can count your work for 1 CCE in the Resource Development category.
GROUP MENTOR COACHING SCHEDULE
With credential renewal time coming up, mentor coaching may be on your radar, especially since you can earn 10 CCE’s by attending a group. I’ve been sharing information on new groups over the last few weeks. Coaches have been asking for a schedule to help them in planning.
So, here’s a schedule for all of my 2021 group mentor coaching sessions.

Cathy Shaughnessy, MCC, is an active ICF Assessor and ICF Mentor Coach Specialist for ACC, PCC and MCC.
