I wrote a post last week about The Power of Self-Compassion course. I told you that I watched the free videos (loved them) and then I signed up for the full course, because I think this is such an essential professional development program for coaches.
So many of the challenges my clients face are overcome when they understand the importance of quieting the overpowering critical voice that discourages them from taking action on their goals.
When that voice is replaced with affirming self-compassion the change is dramatic.
