Admit it. Sometimes you get frazzled. Out of balance. Just a smidge stressed by the myriad of bright and shiny objects that snag your attention.
You feel busy, busy, busy.
The to-do list grows. Available time whizzes by.
Energy drains. Focus wanes. You just can’t seem to get to that very important thing that you have been meaning to tackle. For weeks.
When that happens to me (and trust me, it does) I always find inspiration and motivation in three of my favourite blogs. Reading them never fails to cheer me and prod me to action.
So, take a deep breath. Now take another one. Are you in need of some wisdom and the fresh perspective that will definitely give you a boost? Here are a few posts that just might help. Enjoy!
Zen Habits – Leo Babauta
The Downward & Upward Spiral of Health & Productivity will resonate if you find yourself in a downward spiral, struggling with taking a step or making a much-needed change.
Tiny Wisdom – Lori Deschene
Tiny Wisdom: When Time Feels Constricting will remind you that your self-imposed deadlines can create a tension that can mess with your sense of well-being.
Marie Forleo
How to Be Generous Without Being a Doormat will help you set healthy boundaries so you can be joyfully generous.
That’s it for now. Just a few recommended posts to help you redirect your energy, reduce your stress, and get moving on what you value most!
I hope you will dig a little deeper into each of these blogs for other posts that will galvanize you to action – or some chill time – whatever you need most.
But wait, before you go, I have a question for you. What inspires you when you are stressed? I’d love to know! Post a comment in the box below.
