It’s Day Fourteen of my Twenty-One Tools post series! Today, you can download a tool from me! The WBECS Course Tracking Form. It’s an easy way to track your ICF CCE units.
No matter how many of the over 200 ICF CCE units you earn with WBECS courses this year, you’ll want to keep accurate records of the details. You can use the form to track your WBECS sessions even if you are not a coach, or not earning ICF CCE units.
Ask anyone who has worked with me and they will tell you that I am a big fan of tracking forms, checklists, templates and just about anything else that helps me locate important details when I need them. Give me a binder, some dividers with re-writable tabs and a set of coloured pens and time flies. Don’t even get me started on Evernote (which took my organizing obsession to a stratospheric level), but that’s a story for another day. That’s why I created a free and simple to use WBECS Course Tracking Form.
Along with many of you, I’ve been attending the WBECS Pre-summit. I’ve registered for the full summit that starts in September too. I keep track of the dates of the sessions on my calendar, but I got to thinking “How will I keep accurate records of the WBECS sessions I attend and the ICF CCE’s earned” That thought was followed by … SPREADSHEET!
So, using the basic template of my Free Easy Tracking Form for Coaches, I cobbled together the WBECS Course Tracking Form.
Since it’s something that will come in handy for me, I thought it might come in handy for you too! If you are attending WBECS sessions this year, or you just want to track your sessions from the Pre-Summit, I am sure this is a tool you can put to good use. So, here you go. No strings attached!
Benefits: The WBECS Course Tracking Form
- Track the names and dates of the WBECS sessions you attend
- Correlate the available ICF Continuing Education Credits with the sessions
- Automatically tabulate and keep a running total of your CCE’s earned and sessions attended

You can still register for WBECS 2018. I’ve selected the Executive Speed Pass so that I can have access to the slides, recordings and transcripts too. Come join me!
Remember, this is not the only post with a downloadable professional development tool from WBECS 2018. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled. I’ll be posting 21 tools in 21 days. Enjoy!
