As an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), active ICF Assessor, and Mentor Coach Specialist for ACC, PCC, and MCC, I bring an experienced and assessor-informed perspective to my work with coaches. Since 2020, I have assessed coaching performance at all three ICF credential levels.
Through Perspective In Action, I support coaches as they develop their skills, prepare for ICF credentials, and deepen their understanding of the ICF Core Competencies, PCC Markers, Code of Ethics, and Core Values. My work includes mentor coaching, credentialing and exam preparation, and the creation of practical educational tools and resources for coaches.
I have designed ICF-accredited coach training and created a growing collection of ICF CCE-approved courses, credentialing resources, and exam preparation programs. My work as a coach educator is grounded in helping coaches move beyond simply knowing the standards to applying them thoughtfully and consistently in their coaching.
I was honoured to receive an ICF PRISM Award in recognition of excellence in coach training. I have also spent more than 30 years working in learning, development, coaching, and leadership education.
For seven years, I served as an Associate Faculty member and Mentor Coach in the Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching program at Royal Roads University. I also completed the Royal Roads University Professional Mentor Coach training program. In this role, I helped developing coaches strengthen their coaching skills and build a practical understanding of the ICF Core Competencies.
Coaching remains at the heart of my work. As an MCC, executive coach, and confidential thinking partner with more than 10,000 hours of coaching experience, I work one-on-one with senior executives and leaders as they strengthen their leadership performance, navigate complex decisions, and work toward meaningful professional goals.
I have worked with executives and leaders from KPMG, the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Navantis, Research In Motion, Microsoft Canada, Manulife Financial, the City of Burlington, the City of Kitchener, Halton Region, and other public and private-sector organizations.
