The PRISM Award was initially created by the ICF Toronto Chapter, with ICF Global adopting the concept in 2005. PRISM Award recipients exemplify how coaching can develop an organization’s human capital by maximizing individuals potential, leading to high returns on investment (ROI) and expectations (ROE) from coaching interactions.
I designed and delivered leadership coaching and coach training programs across the organization for seasoned and emerging leaders at the City of Kitchener. In 2013 the City of Kitchener earned a PRISM Award. I was recognized for my role in designing and delivering the leadership coaching and coach training programs that were an integral part of this exceptional achievement.
