Have you ever struggled with something forever and then found out there was an easier way?
Maybe a friend gave you a tip that helped you open a stuck jar, or find a lost file or save a report or ask for a raise? Don’t you just love it when that happens? Me too.
That’s why I’ve created this Resource Page.
I’ve built two successful businesses while running a household, raising kids, taking classes and getting credentialed.
I haven’t quite figured out how to fit in enough exercise. I have been known to devour way too many chocolate-covered almonds in one sitting (perfection is an illusion after all).
Nevertheless, I’ve discovered many terrific tools along the way that have made my work and my life just a little bit easier.
So, in the spirit of collegiality, I’m sharing my discoveries with you here. Yes, some of these recommendations are affiliate links. That means if you make a purchase, I may receive an incentive. That said, these are all products and services that I have paid for, love, and use myself. I have not received anything free in exchange for promotion.
Hope they help you as much as they have helped me!

AWeber
I wish that I had known years ago how important it is to have a system for keeping in touch with my network and a vehicle to getting helpful tools and resources to them. Over the years, I have used Constant Contact and Mail Chimp. I like AWeber best. It helps me get the right tools, to the right audience, on the right schedule. My subscribers appreciate that!

WBECS
When we Coaches become credentialed through the International Coach Federation, we make a commitment to continuous learning. It?s not always easy to find quality content that will help you grow your practice and your skills. When a colleague turned me on to the World Business Executive Coaching Summit, I was hooked. This online, global learning event for coaches is recognized by the ICF as a credible source for ICF Continuing Coach Education Units. You can earn over 100 CCEU’s by attending the full summit.

ZOOM
It?s hard to believe that only a few short years ago, video conferencing required a huge investment in hardware and software. Now, anyone with an internet connection and a cell phone, tablet or desktop can connect instantly around the globe. Who knows what’s next? I have used many conferencing solutions and ZOOM is one of my favorites. I like it because it is quick to set up and use for me and my attendees. I use it for one-on-one and group calls. It’s also a total no-brainer to use for recordings. They are automatic and sent to you by email right after the session. You can circulate the recordings to participants right after the meeting. Love it!

Sounds True
Anyone who knows me will absolutely attest to the fact that I am a book nut. I always have a few on the go. Many years ago I worked for a seminar company called CareerTrack. They were famous for encouraging seminar attendees to build personal learning libraries of professional development resources. Since that time, I’ve been hooked on self-directed learning. One of my favorite places to go for resources is Sounds True. It’s a virtual treasure trove of amazing audio, video, webinar programs and more.
